Your responsibilities
- Controlling of day to day operations
- Responsibility for the attainment of short and long-term financial and operational goals with a primary authority for increasing company profitability
- Review of all audit functions and responsibility for the successful completion of security, financial and process audits
- Financial budgeting and reporting
- Development and report of metrics as a measurement of company success
- Lead and direct senior managers in the attainment of company goals
- Providing support to sales in contract negotiations and customer visits
Skills
- Minimum 7+ years experience in a Senior Manager or Director level role
- Proven track record of success facilitating progressive organizational development within a growing organization
- Strong mentoring and coaching experience in a team with diverse levels of expertise
- Entrepreneurial team player who can multitask
- Superior management skills; ability to influence and engage direct and indirect reports and peers
- Ability to travel if necessary
- Successful leadership in early-stage start-ups or other rapid growth environments
- Highly motivated and able to influence and inspire others
