Knowledge Base and Support Request Integration
When clicking on the question mark icon in the side navigation, you now have the option of getting "Quick Help" which will show an integrated widget where you can search the Knowledge Base. You can also visit the help portal itself from this menu.
In the help widget you also have the possibility to contact our support. Choose a type of request and describe your feedback, bug or general support issue. We will get back to you as soon as possible!
