Support Request

You can raise a Support Request to contact the Support team.

Click on "Help & Support" question mark icon at the bottom left of the navigation and then click on "Contact Support" button at the bottom of Support panel to submit a request.

You can choose the Request Type based on the type of your query.

  1. Support: Select Support Request Type if you face any technical issue while working with the tool or if you have any question. Select "Other" from the "Support Topics" dropdown if you are not sure in which support category your query falls under. 
  2. Feedback: If you want to provide any feedback or request for a feature enhancement or want to request for a new feature which you would like to have in our Product, please write a query under Feedback section.
  3. Bug: If you receive any error while working with our Product or if you experience an unusual behavior on screen then send it over to us under Bug query.
  4. Sales: If you have any billing related questions or you want add-on features or you need consulting , please submit a sales request. Please choose "Other" from "Sales Topics" dropdown if your query doesn't fall under any of the other three options and you still feel that it is a sales related query.
