What file formats and sizes are supported for file uploads?

You can upload most file formats, but we do have a list of formats that you cannot upload for security reasons. These are executables and archives with the following extensions

Executables (cannot be uploaded):

File Size

You can attach files with a maximum size of 20MB to an Element.

    Files for ITONICS Prism

    The limits above apply to files you attach to an element. Files you upload to ITONICS Prism are handled separately. You can upload up to three files, with a maximum size of 100MB per file, in two places: to the Master Context, to give Prism background on your organization, and directly in a Prism chat, to ask questions about a document in the conversation itself. The same formats are supported in both:

    Videos: Prism can also analyze videos. You can upload a video (up to 100MB) to the Master Context or directly in a Prism chat, just like a document, and ask Prism to summarize it, pull out key statements, or turn its content into trends, ideas, or project input.
