Element search can be used for advanced search based on keywords the user provides—the Explorer search searches through the elements' titles, summaries, descriptions, and further reading links.

Our element search has two different modes:
- Smart search: The smart search will take the words you have entered and find elements that have any of the words themselves or similar words. This results in a somewhat broad search.
- Expert search: The advanced search will automatically be activated in case any operators below are entered into the search-input. Note that this will disable partial word matches unless actively specified with the wildcard-operator. For the expert search, the default logical operator between tokens (words) is a logical OR, as well.
