Organization Administration: Billing & Subscriptions

This tab lets you choose the modules of your subscription and update your billing information.

Click on the cog icon beside the organization name in the Workspace menu Organization settings

Subscription selection
The upper blue frame contains pricing information about your subscription.
1. Click on "Update" to activate the toggles on the module descriptions beneath.
2. Activate or deactivate any module (at least one module must be activated).
3. Click on "Change" to apply changes.

Billing & credit card information

Billing and subscription
Click "Add Information" to update billing & credit card information. We will then ask you for your billing information in a first step (which will show on your invoice) and for your credit card information in a second step. After hitting submit, your payment information will be validated.

Note that ITONICS does not process or save any payment information - this is done by our PCI DCC certified payment partner Stripe.
