Technical and strategic guidance on setting up and using ITONICS Radar.
This is a sample professional onboarding plan.
The professional plan usually takes 6 weeks to complete with 1 video conference session per week as well as lots of additional information and material to work on in between. Each session naturally includes Q&A. For this project, the focus was set on familiarization with the platform and its possibilities, working with trend and technology data on the ITONICS Radar, and defining engagement routines.
Together we set the scene and get you and your core innovation team up to speed. We hold an introduction to the fundamentals of your system setup so you know where to find the information and features you need and so that you are comfortable in moving around your ITONICS system. We will also start diving deep into your particular situation and needs.
We examine your use cases in foresight, innovation, and growth and provide best practices on how to reflect it on the platform.
Developing a common language is key to be efficient, transparent, and prevent misunderstandings. We will start by defining one with you, based on best practices. At the end of this week, you have set all parameters of documenting trend and technology information on the ITONICS Radar.
Streamlined collaborative ratings are a key USP of digital trend and technology management. Together we’ll find the right setup for you and also dive into ways to select and process the insights. Additionally, we look into early weak signals and how the ITONICS software supports the identification of new trends.
When the system is set up, it is time to engage your key users. How should an innovation community look like and how can we transfer that knowledge within your organization? Let’s define a toolbox with various formats to keep contributors engaged.
During the last week, we wrap it up. Based on the insights from the previous weeks, we define a routine planning. Also, by now, you have conducted the ITONICS Innovation Maturity Assessment. Now, we help you understand the outcome, and accordingly, we incorporate the findings into a development scheme so that you are ready to take the next steps during the upcoming months.

We offer a 30-day free trial of the ITONICS. This includes the entire core functionality of Radar and Roadmap.
We have a monthly rolling billing interval, i.e. if you finish your trial on 18 February for example, you will be billed a month later, so 17 March.
You can deactivate your ITONICS Organization at any time which will cancel your subscription at the end of the current billing period.
You can pay for ITONICS Starter & Growth packages by credit card. Simply add a card and your billing information in the Organization’s settings, and we will take care of the rest.
At the end of the billing period, we look at the maximum number of active users for that Organization at any time during that period. Consider for example a billing period from 18 February to 17 March with a starting user count of 3 and the ITONICS Radar module being active. You then invite 5 users on 19 February, resulting in 8 active users, and deactivate 5 users on 21 February, setting the count of active user back to 3. At the end of the billing period you will be charged for the Growth package with one module and 8 users, resulting in a total of €72.
You cannot manually choose the package. At the end of the billing period, it will be automatically determined for that billing period based on the billable user count.
Same as with users added in the middle of the billing period, you will be charged for the module added for the entire billing period.
