ITONICS has made Bayern Innovativ’s foresight work easier to access and apply across its networks. Before the platform was introduced, insight was stored in separate tools and was difficult to link and compare. Bayern Innovativ selected the ITONICS platform to gather foresight in one place and make it visible.

Bayern Innovativ’s “Roadmap Additive Manufacturing 2035” initiative shows the value of this shared system. The project brought together experts from industry, academia and government through workshops and interviews. Founded in 1995 as a neutral institution of the Free State of Bavaria, Bayern Innovativ now employs more than 300 people across its locations in Nuremberg, Augsburg, and Munich.
