Enhanced collaboration for seamless innovation

We've spruced up comments to make engaging with fellow innovators easier. Enjoy improved usability and stay in the loop with automatic email alerts for any updates on data you've interacted with. Get notified if someone mentions you in a comment on, for example, a specific trend, so you're always in the know.

Improved usability to boost productivity

To enhance team efficiency and simplify innovation management, we've rolled out four new features designed to boost productivity. These updates deliver more intuitive experiences and expedite task completion for smoother workflows:

1. Excel Export

Easily transfer data between your ITONICS system and Excel with our flexible export, modify, and re-import feature. Utilize the XLSX Export functionality to seamlessly export data for stakeholder presentations, external analysis, or bulk modifications. Whether you're preparing for a high-level executive review or conducting in-depth analysis, exporting your innovation data, ratings, and comments to an XLSX format allows for convenient bulk editing and processing.

After making updates or corrections in your Excel file, effortlessly re-import the modified data back into ITONICS, ensuring consistency and accuracy across your innovation management processes.

2. Upgraded mobile navigation

By upgrading our mobile navigation significantly, we’ve enabled on-the-go productivity. We've revamped essential mobile functionalities such as creating elements, adjusting settings, writing comments, and updating elements, ensuring that executing these tasks on your mobile device is now quicker and more efficient than ever before. Our enhanced navigation design introduces an always-on full side navigation, granting easy access to all the necessary features, so you can seamlessly navigate and capture your next great innovation whenever inspiration strikes.

3. Improvements on ITONICS Kanban Boards

The latest enhancements in the UX/UI of our Boards tool, usher in improved functionality and usability for a more smooth and efficient experience. The improvements allow you to effortlessly drag and drop cards both horizontally and vertically on Boards, along with the option to add multiple labels for quick information retrieval. Utilize optimized space with collapsible rows and columns, enabling effective management and oversight of large boards.

4. Giving application admins more control

By enabling admins to designate roles and workspaces for users during the invitation process in ITONICS, we provide greater control over permissions and expedite user onboarding. This enhancement promises a more streamlined workflow, integrating role and workspace selection seamlessly into the invitation modal.

Upon their first login, the invited user can immediately start exploring and working, as their rights and roles are already set up. Moreover, admins enjoy the flexibility to assign multiple roles and workspaces for each invitee directly within the workspace invitation modal, enhancing customization and addressing individual user requirements effectively.

Organization administrators hold the power to fine-tune permissions for different user roles within the Innovation OS, ensuring precise control over access and capabilities.
