Tassilo Henike is Director of Customer Innovation Success at ITONICS. He holds an M.Sc. in Industrial Engineering from TU Berlin and a Ph.D. in Innovation Management from the University of Potsdam where his research examined the relationship between cognitive processes and business model innovation. In his role at ITONICS, Tassilo supports organizations along their innovation journey by developing their innovation capabilities from foresight through to decision-making and execution. The Academy of Management awarded his work which is published in journals such as Long Range Planning, Creativity Innovation Management, and The Routledge Companion to Innovation Management.
